After we have our discovery call and have agreed to move forward, your project process begins with strategy. You will be given access to an online portal that we use throughout your entire project, and each phase of the project has tasks assigned to you or I so you always know what is left to do and when.

We will dive into your business’ values, goals and target audience in order to develop a strong foundation for your business’ brand and/or web design direction. After we have our strategy solidified, I will begin crafting your brand’s new visuals based on the project scope and selected deliverables. Throughout the course of our work together, there will be plenty of opportunities for us to check in so you will be able to provide feedback and input regularly. Lastly, as the project comes to a close and we prepare to launch your new elevated brand, you will receive all of your packaged assets plus a guide outlining usage and… get ready for the champagne pop!

Of course, I understand that branding and having a website is an investment for your business. A deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar and the remaining payments are broken up over a period of a time which we will chat about, so you can confidently invest in your business with ease.

The branding or website process takes between 3-4 weeks, and the branding + web process takes 6-8 weeks however we might finish sooner!

Having a powerful logo design is a key ingredient in a brand design, however it’s certainly not the full recipe. Successful branding occurs when all of the different visual elements such as your logo suite, colour palette, typography and imagery all work together cohesively to drive results and connect your brand to your customers which is the reason I currently only offer The Signature Brand Package, which includes all of your visual elements.

I am a designer who specialises in Squarespace, Wix and Shopify platforms. However, occasionally those platforms might not be the perfect platform for your project which we will determine on our discovery call. If we do decide another platform would be a better fit I am happy to recommend platforms that specialise according to your requirements.

Typically, I am booked out 1-2 months in advance however sometimes I have a spot that may begin sooner than that. Please book a discovery call to discuss the options. I have limited spaces available each month, so do get in touch as soon as possible.
